Could I shorten my wooden door with this?

If you only want 1/32” off the door. Otherwise, use a saw and then sandpaper to smooth the work.

Is this sand paper actually 220 grit or is it p220 grit. there are no p220 markings on either side but i'm after "220" not p220. thanks!

Oh, it's 220 grit for sure. When using a lot of sandpaper like me, you can just feel it and know if it's 220, 400, 600 etc. It's really good paper.

Can this paper be used on porcelain?

You can, but you have to keep the Porcelain wet. I would use a wet sandpaper with a 100 to 120 grit. For Porcelain tile, 220 grit with a Orbital Sander works great.
