I live alone is it worth getting for 1 person

I live by myself, and own the max. Bulk stews, soups etc which can be decanted into containers it's perfect and fast. I've replaced my cooker with this. Baked items, meats etc are great. Removes the requirement to use a large cooker for 1 person. 7 litres of stew from raw ingredients to serve, 55 minutes, with beef falling apart.

Ninja Foodi Max can be replace for the deep fat fryer? And what is the maximum weight for a roast chicken?

The Ninja Foodi is an air fryer amongst other things and many foods traditionally cooked in the deep fat fryer can cooked in the Foodi without the fats, but, some dishes require deep fat frying so the Foodi cannot replace the deep fat fryer totally. As for the size of the chicken I would suggest one that allows for the circulation of hot air around it so that it cooks evenly, probably a medium sized chicken would be best and would be adequate for a family of four. Trial and error is the way to go on many things.

does it has a hallogen element?

No the Ninja does not have this element. Its very easy to clean no fuss, Highly recommend this product.

Can this also replace a Rice cooker? If yes How do you cook rice in this?
