Perfect for making vanilla extract.

I was excited to get these beans. They did not disappoint. Won't know the taste for 1 year

They were fresh fragrant and not dry and brittle. I am looking to the vanilla extract they will make.

We used this vanilla bean for creme brûlée and we got compliments from our guests! The amount if vanilla beans were so full and fresh, we wish that they have slightly stronger vanilla taste. We had to add couple tsp of vanilla extract to enhance the tasteOther than that, very affordable option for vanilla beans!

I am using these to make vanilla extract. After only 2 days already getting to be a very dark color.

These beans has a really nice scent BUT they are real small. Around 4 to 6 inches. I didn't know they would be that small. I'll pay more next time and get longer ones.

Beautiful, plump and fresh. Lots of beans inside. I’m used to Madagascar vanilla. This Tahitian variety smells very light and floral. Excited to see how my vanilla extract turns out. Poured a mason jar of bourbon whiskey and another mason jar of vodka. Split the beans and scraped out the caviar and added both to the jars. Between the cost of the alcohol and beans, it was quite a financial investment so I hope it turns out great. Would recommend this product

First time buying vanilla beans online, usually buy at Costco and pay alot for a few beans so I am not disappointed. When I received my package on my door step, I could smell the beans. The price, quality.. freshness and smell. Can't Go Wrong! I'm using these beans for extract. Kinda excited. 😍💯

Bought two packs of the 15 to make vanilla extract in February 2022. The beans arrived next day, sealed with no mold. The beans were definitely still considered fresh (not dried), however the flavour and scent are not as strong as those $8/bean that I've previously bought at St. Lawrence market (nor is the size, some beans in the pack can be really small and skinny). Given the price and value, I still think it's a good product. The flavor it lacks per bean can be compensated by quantity. You may not think the vanilla scent is strong right away, but once it's in vodka for a couple of days, the vanilla note comes out more.

I was leery after reading reviews about mold and/or scabby dried out, wrong size beans, but I went with this product after reading it was vacuum sealed. Phew!! The beans came fast and were well packaged, plump, moist, and smelled delicious! The ones I got were excellent quality grade B beans.I'm including with this review pics of the front of the packaging, the back of the vacuum sealed pack, a shot of 5 of the beans on a cutting board, and my jar of extract-in-the-making.

As a family project, we are making our own vanilla, so will do another review a year from now. I was impressed that the vanilla beans came vacuum packed. Looks so fresh.Wish us luck !
