I have been on the lookout for a good mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave a significant white cast and this one just hits it out the park (I’m mixed race and have medium skin tone)! For one it is 25% zinc oxide ( the best you can get for UVA protection and highest % you can get)… it’s broad spectrum covering both uvb and uva, and the finish… let me tell you, there is no white cast and it feels amazing and not chalky at all! I have found lower percentage zinc oxide sunscreens and they feel heavy and can be hard to work in (though they do). But this one, no heavy feeling no cast… blends in with a silky finish. I love it and I’m about to buy another bottle. The only thing is it is a bit pricy for the amount, but I might just use this as my finishing layer on top of my others (so it last a bit longer). Amazing and a must buy!

The media could not be loaded. If I could give this 0 I would. It is the most terrible product I’ve ever purchased as far as high end sunscreens go. It smells awful, really awful like urine and strong cleaners. It’s watery and leave your face slimy, super oily and slimy. If you rub your face and get any near your eye it takes a super long eye wash to stop the pain it caused.Buy cay skin isle glow face lotion spf 45 for a high end product that meets ALL the right criteria !!

So not only was the packaging changed but the formula seems to have changed as well. Higher SPF, less zinc, and now the serum is orange instead of white. Don’t get me wrong, the formula is still wonderful in the sense that it is silky smooth and easy to blend with no white cast. Does not break out my acne prone and eczema prone skin. The thing is that I loved wearing the old formula as a primer for my powder foundation because the old formula was stickier. My powder foundation would stick to this sunscreen and keep my oily skin matte all day long. That’s no longer the case with the new formula- I’m oily within a few hours. I will not be purchasing this again.

The product itself is AMAZING. Best sunscreen I've used. Doesn't make me tacky or oily. I have oily skin and it sits under my makeup perfectly. No white cast. Amazing job on the product!!! 🙏🙌 The packaging however is just ridiculous. The little dropper always gets clogged. It never fills with the same amount of product. It's impossible to use one handed when you already have some product in your other hand. This needs to be changed asap! It's a disaster and so infuriating. Why can't you just use the good ol squeeze top dropper? You don't need to try to make the dispenser fancy it just has to work and this one does not. As much as I love the product wont be buying it again unless they change the bottle.

This serum is somewhat of a miracle for a sensitive skin like mine! I am very sensitive to chemical sunscreens, and they tend to break me out and sting my eyes. As a result, I am always on the hunt for a lightweight mineral sunscreen that will not feel thick or heavy. Most of them are very thick and interfere with makeup, and of course the dreaded white cast! This, however, is a complete game changer. 100% mineral-based sunscreen, watery texture that sinks right in, and leaves a velvety finish that is ideal for under makeup. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but a tiny bit goes a very long way, and I have not experienced any negative results. If I had one wish to be granted, it would be to increase the spf. Orherwise, this is holy grail material.

I like the fact that you can apply this over moisturizer rather than under , that it is reef safe & colorless. So far, it doesn’t seem to burn my eyes although the true test of that will be Hawaii. Feels good on the skin.Addition: as of 1/21/21: The dispenser needs better instructions. YOU NEED TO SHAKE THE BOTTLE VIGOROUSLY BEFORE USE! I thought the dispenser didn’t work, but it just gets clogged when the sunscreen separates while sitting. I was only getting a drop or two at a time initially, but now it’s working fine. Happy ending, good product.

I ended up buying two separate bottles, both dispensers didn't work. The sunscreen itself is extremely oily. I'm used to mineral sunscreens and their white cast and/or sheer, but this was another level. Sad to say because I love Venus Williams, but would definitely not recommend buying.

I’ll be honest and say I hate the dispenser on this. That’s why it didn’t get 5 stars. The product itself however I do like, but I end up just taking the top off and pouring it in my hand rather than using the button. It doesn’t get anything into the dispenser. That being said, I can’t be sure I’m getting the right thickness (meaning the product is shaken up enough) since I’m not dispensing it correctly. It seems almost watery? But thick at other times? Not sure if that’s because I’m not shaking it hard enough or what. Will definitely be trying the other version of this in a different bottle, and assuming you get a dispenser that works, it’s a great product.
