other than that i have no complaints about the shoes or the packaging. the box was smashed on one end in shipping but that's because of the shipper and because the seller doesnt use a strong enough box. but the shoes were fine. they come in little sleeves to prevent marring the patent leather and it worked no marks on the shoes. overall i'm happy with them but have only tried them on haven't worn them out of the house yet.

normally size 7 1/2product size does not come in 7 1/2, so i got size 8 because the shoes do not look comfortable enough to size down in. but they are too big my heels slide up, but i do not wish to exchange for a size 7 because they are not the comfiest. These will be my work shoes so i was hoping they will fit better. i will just probably add insoles or thick socks. very cute though. i would recommend getting the size 7 if you are size 7 1/2 if you are just wearing for leisure.

These are absolutely wonderful!!! I am so happy with my decision to purchase not once , but currently waiting on my second pair . So this is what I did .. my 15 year old daughter has very wide feet and small at that ! So I ordered her a pair of 8 even though her shoe size is a 6 1/2 and no that’s NOT a typo ! The shoes don’t have the option of wide so I went a tad bigger and they actually a bit to big , but not to much as to not being comfortable while wearing. She loves them and I wear a 9 and wanted to be sure of the fit before I ordered for myself. I tried her 8’s on and they fit snuggly so I got myself some 9’s in the red !!! Love love love these shoes

The product itself did not look like it was bad quality. It did not fit true to size. Too tight and cut into feet. The company did let me return them. They took awhile to ship to me but returning them was not as long of a process.

these shoes are so cute and comfortable. they’re also very durable and don’t cause any pain while walking around. for such a low price, they’re a good product!
