Not what it seems
This was ordered as Alka seltzer original, it’s not. It’s alka seltzer original flavor, not the same. No heartburn relief with this, very misleading.

My family has depended on this old stand-by for generations. There is nothing better than Alka Seltzer for heartburn or any other stomach issues. As always…..the problem is solved with the first belch.

Took today for pain and worked better than regular nsaid.

Read the label.
Read the description carefully. At the time I ordered the picture was of traditional alka seltzer for heartburn and pain. I received original FLAVOR for pain only. Apparently alka seltzer changed and I didn’t realize. As a medication it is non returnable. It’s okay, just not what I was trying for. Be careful you are getting what you want.
