The color looks more orange online, and more brown for the actual jacket. The stitch is neat, picture (crane stitching) well made. No chemical smell.Be aware the size is 2 size smaller. Got Xl for a teen is 6ft, 150 lb, normally size M. The XL fit him well all around. I think because the person is really skinny, but it might to tight for someone with a thick shoulder. Overall we are very happy with this jacket.

So first and foremost, this is a very thin and small garment. As far as fitting goes, order what would be way too big for you in American sizes (I'm usually a large, ordered XXL and it's still honestly a little small).Another big thing to keep in mind is that the material is very light and thin, to the point of being moderately see-through. So if you're considering this for cold weather or as a replacement for your sweater, it's not going to work for you. This works best for me as a warm weather outfit piece rather than a more functional piece of clothing.However, for the price it's charged at, it works just fine, and to be honest having it only makes me want to look at more haoris on offer to see if there's a pricier one that fits what I'm personally looking for.Fitted on normal clothes, it looks sort of like a casual business coat, something you'd expect to see on a therapist or something.

I like this kimono very much and it makes a welcome addition to my wardrobe. The material is wonderful, but the sizing (even with the charts) I feel runs a bit smaller than we are accustomed to in the US. I would buy this product again if they had one larger size.

This is clearly my favorite kimono I’m absolutely enthralled with it it fits perfectly I live in Florida so I just wear it around the house. And I work outside in the backyard with that seems to fit all these different environments just fine.

I bought this because I really liked the way looked, I ordered a 2X and it was way to small. Buy it larger than you need.It was made nicely, packaged good, and shipped pretty quickly. My only problem was the size. I'm 6'4" tall and 240lbs and my 15 year old daughter wears it, she's 5'3" and about 120lbs. Fits her great.I won't buy again for me, but it is made well.

Love the design despite grammar and spelling mistakes, which is no big deal. What I can't overlook is that it barely fits me even though it's a 2XL (what I normally wear) not to mention I'm 6'1" 240+lbs. Gave it to my mom and it fits her perfectly. So I'm not completely upset about wasting my money on this but at the same time disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing this when I go out.

I was really disappointed by this product. Although well made, it was not even remotely true to size. I ordered an XXL; but it was more like a small size. I returned it.

I usually wear L size clothes, since I consider this to be a "loose" piece of clothe, I order the 2XL, it is kinda small to be from that size, it does fit me, but not as I would like. So if you are a big guy, I don't believe it would fit you. The quality of the product is not the best, the texture seems kinda weird, it was an odor that is kinda annoying, so just prepare to cover your nose.

If it weren’t for the reviews, I would have gotten a M for an oversized fit (normally a small) but got large, which was the perfect fit; so size up twice. Haori came in with a weird glue smell but I didn’t mind that. Shipping was really fast and got it a week before expected, especially being shipped from Atlanta. Overall I love it!!

I am 190cm (~6'2), and wear 2~3XL when ordering from Japan. So I ordered the 2XL, the largest size availible, It turn up like a tiny vest. The bottom of the hem barely reaches my waist. I ended up giving it to my kid who is 150cm.

It is nice material, made well, but the size. I Order the biggest, and it still came out too small. My wife is Asian, it doesn't fit her. It's a shame cause it looks like a nice jacket.
