Absolutely love this product we have been using it for the past 3 years it really helps to bring all the boogers out and drips when that funky weather comes and the noses are dry this really helps to moist it out and bring all the congestion out

This saved my sanity when my baby couldn’t breathe from a cold. Cleared up his nose and he could breathe easier. I have multiples all over my house.

Wonderful little product for my cat, the fact that it is an aerosol with a tiny tip helped wonders cleaning my kittens nose while he was sick the last three months and actually helped save his life before he could have his polyp removed. This is the go to brand for cats with herpes, they all have it, some suffer symptoms that require this, so it is a godsend for those babies. How it works on humans I cannot say, I just know that it sent that spray up where it needed to be quickly and I imagine babies and kids are nearly as fussy as kittens so I would recommend it. I think the spray is far better than the saline drops which tend to just run straightaway down the back of the nasal passageway and down the throat tasting much worse than this that at least SPRAYS all over in the nose. :D

We’ve had a lot of stuffy noses in my house and I have to say not all nose sprays are the same. This one we have found to be the best because of its applicator. Unlike the squeeze ones, this is a bit more gentle but also really delivers a wider spray which helps in getting saline and relief into a squirmy uncomfortable toddler. My kid actually now tries to do this sprayer to herself! I think it’s less intense but more effective than the squeeze bottles for babies and I’ve actually used it myself for relief and found the same result.

I am a "senior" with chronic nasal congestion as well as severe dry nose from Sjögren's syndrome, so I use saline nose spray several times a day (& whenever flying!). This is my favorite brand and dispenser because the solution is non-irritating, it contains more so I don't run out as quickly, and the light-touch pump makes it easiest to use with my arthritic hands (squeeze bottles are harder for me). I am finding the gentlest solutions to my various aging issues in baby departments!

I bought this twice through Amazon and the nozzle came differently. The first time, it was a convenient nozzle that was attached to the can and my son preferred this over the saline drops. So I bought it again, but the second purchase came and the nozzle was detached from the can. It was hard to spray and after a couple of sprays, it started to leak. With the first bottle, i would rate it 5 stars. This is still better than the drops. We used the saline drops when my son was still a newborn, but then he started crying when he got older. I tried it on myself and ended up gagging. I haven't used the spray on myself, but my son actually enjoys it when I spray this in his nose. Since I didn't want ro be surprised with the nozzle, I ended up buying it at a store.

This product I love. It says its a mist but its a little bit more of a spray i mean come to think of it a baby will feel like its a hose but you gotta do it. I bought it because my baby always had a stuffy nose since she was home, not from being sick just woke up like that. So every morning i would clean her nose and this product definitely makes a difference to loosen things up in there. A little goes a long way. Now that my baby is sick with a cold. We do misty showers and saline and its a miracle worker to get all the junk out.
