I waited several uses before writing this review, just to be sure that issues weren't related to a learning curve rather than the product. My thoughts:Scent - overall I found the scent pleasant. It does have that hair remover 'smell' underneath, but nowhere as near as strong as other dipilatories. I would guess some people are more susceptive to being bothered by chemical smells, so be aware this isn't totally free of chemical scents (to my nose at least).Gentle on skin - I didn't have any issues whatsoever in the regions the manufacturers designate. Out of curiosity, I tried a little in my armpit. Worked well without any irritation. That said, I wouldn't try it in any of the no-no areas for depiliatories though.Hair removal - works as intended. The trick with coarser hair is to make sure you get a good amount globbed on - smearing it on to the point where you can see skin in coarser areas isn't going to result in good removal. I have to use the full 6 minutes due to my coarser hair (and honestly until I get everything off it's closer to 7-8). The result is extremely smooth skin (including places where you inadvertantly apply cream!)Spatula/scraper thing - Mine had sharp manufacturing edges which would catch skin. I took an emery board to the edge to take these off. This may be user error, I just don't see a point to this other than keeping the cream off your hands. I find using it just smears stuff around to the point of uneveness and wastefulness. Also, using the spatula/scraper to remove product doesn't seem to do much other than remove product; a gentle scrubbing with a washcloth seems to remove hair more effectively overall.Value - this is probably my main sticking point. Other's mileage may vary due to hair growth, but I found I have to use this about every 3 days (the recommended wait in between uses). Admittedly I probably used more than necessary the first round, but overall I'm guessing 10-11 uses per 3.8 oz tube. A tube a month adds up pretty quickly financially. I will probably alternate razor and cream to see how much I can stretch things out.Overall thoughts - skip the spatula and use a nitrile glove (or just your finger). If your hair is thin and grows slowly, this would be a very good product (assuming your skin and nose can handle it). Coarser hair is a bit more work but the product does do its job. Cost factor - that's your call.

Have used this on 3 separate occasions and can say I’m very impressed. It works extremely well if used right. Highly recommend using it before showering to ensure hair is gone.First instance, I used this on my lower back (out of concern of pilonidal cysts). It worked perfectly and flawlessly. The hair there wasn’t really long or wasn’t a large amount. After 4 minutes, I wiped the hair clean off. Just as the manufacture described.Second instance I used this on my genitals (my balls). The results were somewhat mixed. I was able to remove some hair with ease, but can see it challenging on skin that folds and places with large amounts of hair. Left with some patchy spots.Third instance (pay close attention to this one) I used this after trimming. After getting the hair down to a manageable length and shaping up with trimmer, I applied it and was able to remove a good amount of hair.Overall, it works depending on the amount of hair you have and how you incorporate it into existing routine. If you want to use it as a replacement or substitute for a trimmer, you can do it. Just keep in mind if you’re really hair or the hair length is long, you will get mixed results. If you use it with a trimmer, such as a Manscaped, it works like a charm.

It works. Follow directions closely. Was able to get pretty baby smooth. But man on my 2nd time application about 3 months apart. it really felt uncomfortable on my 2nd time. Maybe I left it on too long? Unfortunately, I dont think I will use this product again. I'd rather just use an electric shaver with a 1mm-2mm cap and go down town. Its much safer and still feels fine enough for me. I am not a hairy guy, so I dont need to worry too much.

Yes, it removed hair. I followed the directions exactly.I applied this paste to a small 1"x1" area, let it sit 4 minutes. When I scraped it off, most but not all hair came off.I waited overnight, the test spot was not red, or irritated.So I applied the paste to the rest of the hairy skin and left on for 6 minutes. I scraped off the cream and the hair came off. No apparent irritation.I washed with soap and water and my skin felt nice and smooth.About an hour later my skin felt a bit sore and 'tingling'. I took a look and the skin was red and sore to the touch.I washed with cool water, this helped. But in another hour I was washing again. The skin was red and hurt.I had a tough time sleeping the first night. I had to get up and put a cool wet cloth on the skin.By the next day, 24 hours later I was still sore and red, but doing much better.As promising as it was to remove hair without shaving and having coarse stubble down there, This product is too tough on sensitive skin.It is more like a prank with 'bengay' or 'icyhot' on this sensitive area..

I haven't used this bottle yet, but I used this product years aho once, makes your balls buttery smooth.Keep in Mind: Do not use this while wet, it won't work. And it may burn. Use it while completely dry. Takes me the full 8 minutes of use.

works alright for most of my skin i followed the instructions it was on my balls for only 7 minutes before removing it and rinsing as instructed and it took my hair off and a bit of the skin layer tho it only did that to my balls and not other places

I like a clean look and feel. But, I don't want to go thru the hassle of shaving, etc. This works. No burning or discomfort. For me, if you want the total Brazilian look you need to apply 2 or 3 times over a week. I don't really want to go that"naked" so I use once every 30 or 45 days. After using, you can always do a little trimming or shaping, your preference.
