Our fave collagen supplement! No extras, no weird flavor, no wierd smell, nothing but the collagen we want! Dissolves great in most juices. Works in both hot and cold bevs (don't use it in super hot bevs as the extreme heat will destroy the collagen). Hasn't caused any digestive upset. My nails break and peel less, my hair feels strong and I'm retaining length better. Love this brand!

I decided to give this a try since collagen production slows as we age, I am not disappointed. I mix with water every morning, the taste is non-existent to me, but everyone's taste buds are different. Easy to use with 1 scoop in 8oz of water or you can add it to a smoothie. Good way to add a little bit of protein too. It is a clean product with no added ingredients.

I add a scoop of this into a small amount of hot water and it dissolves quickly so I can pour it into a morning smoothie. It adds not flavor which is what I wanted. Without dissolving it first, it sometimes sticks to the side of my smoothie blender. More time will tell if it helps with my skin.

I bought my first collagen for the first time in August. Brand Live Conscious since I heard good things about it. I had to stop taking it because my muscles and joints started aching.
