Cheesytastic and rather grate!
Very nice cheese with a decent strong cheddar flavour. I've found other brands in the past to be quite bland in flavour, but this one tastes really good. I used it for a lasagne, but it would make great butties as well! Very nice and not a bad price to boot. Thanks, Rob :)

Love all cheese except the mouldy kind

I don't know what Morrisons do with their cheese, but it cooks like vegan cheese
You'd expect normal cheese to melt well when cooked, either under a grill or in the oven, but for some reason Morrisons cheese just doesn't - the texture also has a bad "mouth feel"We've made things with this cheese and it just doesn't cook well - putting it on bread to make cheese on toast just makes you have lots of strings of cheese that don't melt together well and don't turn into a single "blob" of yummy melted cheese, instead it feels stringyCooking it into lasagna means that you cut into it and you've got lots of loose "strings" of cheese within the slice which not only looks bad, but just doesn't feel right as you're eating itAs I regularly get Morrisons delivery via Amazon, we've taken to not getting certain items from here as they're just plain "not good" - these includes their cheese and pasta sauces (I have no idea why the choices are so limited) among other items - it's better to go out to the corner store than to get the bad products from Morrisons!The only reason it's got 2 stars rather than 1 is because it tastes good, it's just TERRIBLE to cook with - have it in a salad if you want, but just don't put it in or on hot food
