I bought Hill’s Science Diet Kitten for my rescued kitten, who was very sick when she came to my home, and it has been the best choice. Since she started eating it, her recovery has been incredible. Her coat looks shiny, she has lots of energy, and she enjoys every meal. She love it!! I will definitely keep buying it.

My 2-5 week old rescued kittens are eating this moistened & smashed into a gruel with the KMR without any issues. They are enjoying this food & it was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MY VET. I have always used Hills Science brand canned dog food also for my 18# 16 year old dog who has a sensitive stomach. Hills Science & Badlands Ranch are the ONLY foods that she is able to keep down. And I have tried MANY different companies dog foods. Her age is a living testament to just how good Hills Science brand pet foods are. So I don’t think you can go wrong buying pet food from Hills Science! It’s a little pricey but I think my pets deserve the best.

This is the same kitty-formula food that our 4-month old kitten came home from the shelter with a sample bag. We had some adult science diet kibble (the ocean fish and rice) left over from our last cat and we are mixing the two together in a free-feeding style until the adult formula runs out (especially now that we have such a giant bag of kitten food now).Our kitten prefers this stuff to the adult formula, so it must taste pretty good. I'm also not sure if it's the science diet, the natural aging process, or the amount of petting the cat now gets, but his coat has definitely gotten much, much shinier and silkier over the past month that we've had him. We also just took him to the vet yesterday and she definitely approved of using this formula for our cat until he reaches a year, since it's just a little bit better for his development than pure adult formula would be (though she saw no problems with feeding him half kitten chow and half adult chow).So far, the zipper seal on the bag has worked to keep it sealed and the food fresh. However, having just one cat and feeding it two different formulas means that we'll be opening and re-sealing the bag A LOT and the zipper most likely won't last that whole time. We're planning on getting a tub of some kind eventually to put the food inside of to keep it fresh so that we don't have to rely on the zipper.

Cats love it. Only food that does not upset their sensitive tummies. Recommend

Got this for the 2 kittens we adopted from the Humane Society. They enjoy it. I was worried that the bits would be too big, but are tiny and our little ones never had any issues when eating. We have an automatic feeder and they run to eat everytime they hear it cycle more food.The end result from the kitten doesn't smell terrible (for what it is) and is a healthy consistency. We've already purchased the 15.5 lb bag in the same flavor.
