Easy way to get proper back alignment (with a minor caveat)
I don't dislike anything about this kneeling chair (but I will note something in a moment that some people may be bothered by).It was easy to assemble (the instructions are in one of the cushion bags, so don't worry if you can't find them in the box). The foam is very thick on both the seat and the shins; I can't feel any metal or pressure points at all. Overall a very comfortable kneeling chair and perfect for forcing yourself to sit upright and not slouch in a chair. My back felt better the second I started using it.The minor caveat is this. Some kneeling chairs, specifically the old school Swedish style ones that look like little rocking foot stools, have supports on the sides and the entire center area is wide open so your feet never touch anything. This style of kneeling chair has a central beam that rests between your legs/feet. At first I wasn't a big fan of that but I found that it was very comfortable to flip my feet up and rest the tops of my feet on the beam itself (so my feet look like a ballerina on point). If you think you'll find it uncomfortable to do that or you'll be annoyed by the beam touching your legs while you're sitting, you might want to look at the traditional rocker-style Swedish kneeling chairs instead (or a modern equivalent thereof). But, as for the design of this chair, it's sturdy, comfy, and the beam issue is minor.

Thick cushion, comfortable, instructions for angle not included
I've had really terrible lower back pain from sitting at my desk the last 5 years. I bought a standing desk and this chair to help with the problem. Here are the issues I've seen in other reviews here and my comments on that: 1) Delivery--package delivery wasn't an issue-- it's just two packages, so wait an extra day or two for the other. 2) Knee pain-- quite the opposite for me. There is little to no weight distributed to my legs. I think the issue is the way people are sitting on these-- see tip below. Here is a summary of pros/cons from a 100 lb female who is 5'4.PROS:Very thick cushionsEasy to assemble instructionsLooks goodCONS:Instructions to adjust angle or not included but I've attached an image here that circles where you can change itLow chair height - would not recommend for "tall" or leggy peopleWould not recommend for people over 200 poundsTIPS:Adjust the angle-- see image. Sit on the top edge of the chair and suck in your stomach (think of mountain pose in yoga) to help with back pain and weight distribution. I would sit further back than the image attached here with my knees closer to the bottom edge and toes touching the ground. OR get rid of the chair and use a standing desk.

Versatile and comfortable seat
This chair was easy to put together and is very comfortable. I wish I got one years ago. The seats are very cushioned, and the variety of positions you can be in surprised me! It is a great kneeling chair, but also a great reclining stool and criss coss apple sauce seat. I can comfortably sit in the for hours with very little slouching. The only thing I am concerned about is the durability of the cushions. Only time will tell on that one!

Opened Box not Disclosed
Chair seems sturdy, but I recommend buying better wheels. The hardware package was opened and empty. I found it in a dingy Ziploc bag. Luckily all hardware and instructions were there but it was disconcerting that the box was opened and it wasn't advertised as such. There should be a discount on open box products. The hardware looked used, packaging was ripped and beat up, and height adjustment post for the seat was rusted. Some of the paint was chipped on one end. Chair still functions but all parts were not in the best condition on arrival. Will need to use rust remover on some of the parts.

If you can't sit in a chair like an adult, give this a try!
I am incapable of sitting like a proper adult in office chairs: I'm only comfortable with one leg tucked under or sitting cross-legged. Aside from looking ridiculous in a professional setting, this has also led to knee pain and poor posture. I've tried alternatives, like sitting on an exercise ball or using a foot rest to encourage better spinal alignment, but none of them have done the trick. I finally decided to try this kneeling chair, and I'm very happy with it so far!It was relatively easy to put together, but two of the screw sizes are very similar, so I'd suggest laying them out in front of you before starting the assembly process so you don't have to backtrack as I did when I realized I'd used the wrong screw in a previous step. I originally thought the knee pad was too low, but it can be adjusted to three different heights, which was very helpful. So far, I've found this chair to be very comfortable, and I do feel like it encourages me to sit with better posture!

Bad chair for us.
We did not like this chair. Could not find a comfortable setting. The seat angle is too angled, snd your butt starts sliding down the seat l, putting all your body weight on your knees. After sitting for more than an hour you can barely walk when you get up from it.m with knee pain. This is a nice chair for 15 minutes of use at a time, but anything more than that, it’s a bad buy. This may be the best solution for some people with back problems, but since I don’t have back problems, it’s not worth sacrificing my knees and legs. The assembly and instructions are hard to understand. Its á frustrating build and to change the angles of the chair is not user friendly. This chair is too clunky and complicated. For $100 we expected a lot more from this chair. Highly disappointed.Kneeling straight on the carpet is much more comfortable than this chair. The one nice thing about this was the leather seemed of good quality leather.

Love it!
Sitting on this chair took a bit of getting used to; there was a “break in” period of about 2-3 weeks when I couldn’t stand sitting for more than 45-60 minutes without a break. But you’re supposed to get up every hour or so anyways right?Since then, I absolutely LOVE this chair. It helps my posture (its nearly impossible to slouch on this chair). It was pretty easy to assemble (took about a half-hour). And it has a nice thick cushion to kneel on.The material seems high quality; and it looks pretty sleek.

Amazing. but used?
I really love the chair. I have no complaints about the product itself. However, I believe a received a chair that someone else had previously owned. The wheels are dirty and don't want to turn properly and the packaging was dirty and taped over where it was previously opened. Also, the package for the rods was very dirty. It did not say that I would be getting something previously used so I am disappointed about that. The chair itself is amazing though! Very comfortable and really helps with correct posture.

Good for trying out kneeling chair.
This chair is only good for those looking to try out kneeling chairs. I’ve tried it and it seems to work, but already planning to upgrade pretty soon. Here’s why.1. What I received only slightly resembled the photos. The seat tilt is not as much as the photo unless at maximum height, at which I’m sitting at around eye level for 1.5m tall. My default sitting which is at about 2” up from lowest setting has my seat cushion at almost horizontal level.2. Cushioning of what I received is nowhere as thick as indicated in the photos. My seat was about 2-2.5” thick with ultra soft cushion (not in a good way), and it was almost fully deflated after 45 minutes sitting in it. I’m only 68kg.3. Wheels are terrible and again different from what is in the photo. The locks are different and almost impossible to activate, at unlocked position, the wheels jam and therefore creates a slightly imbalanced seat, (one of the forward wheels faces the front as it is jammed and one faces the back, creating a slightly off-balance feel.I don’t expect this chair to last more a year with daily use. It is however a decent gateway to kneeling chairs. Won’t recommend this to experienced users as you’d probably get something a lot more durable and comfortable at a $50-$100 more.Edit: It’s now around 3 - 4 months and the cushion is almost gone, and several of the screws just fell out. I would rather spend a little more on something that is better built.
