I love this movie though I didnt like that it doesnt have subtitles or different languages but the movie itself is what made it worth it.

bought it for my bf since its his favourite pokemon movie. arrived super fast and he was really excited to get it!

My sons both loved this movie and as it was one of the less advertised they hadn't seen it yet.

Great movie! My kids can watch this over and over again.

This movie is the 5th installment of the movies and like the others, it has it's ups and downs. As well as the main movie, there is also a Pokemon short movie which just involves the pokemon! Twice the movies for a decent price. The main movie itself takes place in the Johto region where Ash, Pikachu and the rest of the gang face off against some thieves who plan to steal a dangerous jewel which are guarded by two Pokemon Latios and Latias! To save the city from destruction, ash and the gang must defeat the villians and overcome impossible obstacles.....but time is running out! What will happen, and will ash manage the save the city. If like me, you are a Pokemon fan, you will enjoy this film with plenty of action from start to finish!

One of my favourite movies from childhood, Pokemon Heroes has really aged well. It still has all the awesome and exciting moments I remember loving as a kid, and the animation is really enjoyable as well. You can visually see how the animation has changed between the series's/movies, the smoothness and lifelike feel is really brought to life by the inclusion of digital animation, but one of the things that the movie does so well is incorporate that digital style with the traditional hand drawn stuff, so you get a really nice feeling of improved animation but blended with a comforting and familiar style that you see in the tv show.A great movie for kids too, it has just the right blend of action scenes/moments and dialogue, and with some of the more tense/darker scenes where it looks like the bad guys are going to win, come an equal amount (if not more) of lighthearted/inspiring/comical scenes that keep to the good ol Poke formula. The Pokemon series has come a long way since it first started and the characters have grown quite a lot, so it's also a really good movie for long time fans.There are some great extras on the disk too, like the brilliant Camp Pikachu short, a trivia mini-game, and the stages of animation feature which shows how the animators built a lot of the scenes/elements and combined them with hand drawn art or used it as a base for the arts movements.The DVD and case were perfect and brand new, all in all fab!

I think this Pokemon film is very good, due to the well-structured plot, the characters, the Pokémon and the setting, which is based on Venice!

The story is great. Sad, exciting, full of misery just everything you could ever want from the Pokemon franchise. Anyone who likes/loves Pokemon will certainly love this film.
