Please know I did not assemble this item. I hired a handyman to put all three pieces together. The console is sturdy and beautiful. Even the handyman made a comment about what a great piece of furniture it was. The TV pictured on top is small but it can accommodate a much bigger one. I love the storage, and it's the perfect size for my child's playroom. By the way, I got the area rug from Amazon too.

I actually spray painted it white because I was looking for a white stand that fit the specs I was looking for. It’s very sturdy when put together. It’s super easy to put together too. Love it!

I really liked the look of this cabinet but was a little hesitant to buy it because there were no reviews & as a senior I worried that it might be difficult to put together. The instructions were pictures only, but clear enough, & I only needed a screwdriver...a sharper one would have worked better & faster. I took my time and was amazed at how well I did! It has the look & feel of wood, but has a finish that can scratch if not careful, so I was afraid to use my drill. I’m so pleased with myself that I can’t stop looking at it. It arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I wanted closed storage space and the drawers have a lot of room. It is also very sturdy and heavy but I was able to put it together by myself, however, I needed help turning it over.

We bought this home TV unit to match the tall, side bookshelves by the same manufacturer, HOMECHO:https://www.amazon.com/HOMECHO-Bookcase-Bookshelf-Nightstand-Organizer/dp/B085764C9D/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=homeco+shelves&qid=1623178452&sr=8-3We like these pieces for their retro look and rustic brown finish.They look more expensive than they are, which is why we think they are a good value.Assembly was straightforward, taking about 2 hours from start to finish.The pins that hold up the middle shelf can slide out of their holes, so care must be taken to make sure those pins stay in when inserting the shelf.The backing is made of cardboard and has the same finish as the particle board pieces.The cardboard backing comes with plastic wedges that are screwed in to help keep the backing in place.There is only one large hole in the middle of the cardboard to put wires through. If you wish to have electronics on top and below the shelf, then that shelf must be positioned in the middle so the hole is accessible from both above and below the shelf.

I'm have bought multiple pieces from this company been happy with them but this piece was so so. Had some chips luckily they were hidden but still disappointed.Update:(This is why I changed my review )So after this review the manufacturer contacted me personally without me asking for anything back, and offered me a refund for part of the purchase price. To me that shows the company actually cares about their customer and stands behind their product and to me that makes me a very happy customer. Like I said I have 2 other pieces by them.

As far as look I like it so much the problem the corners are not even

I love this TV stand because it is so cute and so sturdy. However, the instructions were insanely confusing and while following them, I ended up drilling the cabinets in the wrong spots which was not fixable. I saved the product by not installing the cabinet parts and just keeping it as a shelf space, but I wish the manual had been clear in the first place so I didn’t have to figure out a way to salvage it.

Looks great and was not terrible to assemble. Pretty sturdy. Great value for the price. It did come with a scratch across one part. Customer service was great with helping me with a concern I had.
