Superior customer service

The wrist brace is working perfectly and is helping the pain and numbness from carpal tunnel problem. Their customer service is outstanding . I was concerned about being able to return it if I ordered the wrong size and I did end up ordering one too small and they took care of it immediately with absolutely no hassle.

This is a heavy duty brace! I think it would be better for someone that needs more of a splint from a sprain not just needing extra support.

Good wrist brace.

Works great. Easy to clean. Doesn't seem to be lasting as long as I would have liked -- the thumb hole is already starting to get ragged.
