Very Modern art deco ashtray unique and well made another customer who's description of this item had said that he had ended up breaking it from when had tried to empty it from revolving the top inwhich it broke thinking that this would be the way to empty it inwhich anyone could have thought that because you would think that but just buy mistake and misfortunately for this gentleman he said that he really liked it and it was a shame so don't do what this guy had done just empty it from when it's open the revolving mechanism of the ashtray is for just opening and closing and for putting a cigarette that you have finished smoking in without having to put it out fully and then closing so cigarette will go out as there is no air too be able to keep it a light saving from ending up with when you put a cigarette out in a flat ashtray getting as all us smokers do ash under your finger nails also stop's cigarette from smoking continualy that you find on flat ashtrays great product highly recommend and am delighted with it hope that this this helps others that are considering purchasing this item .

This ashtray is beautifully designed. The black and red design looks smart and the plastic material it's made from has a nice heavy feel to it. It closes easily to keep smoke confined inside the ashtray. Works very well. Very happy with my purchase.

It looks good, keeps smoke away from the room and works eell. With only one cigarette holder it is only good for one smoker at a time.

I love this ash tray. Durable and made well. It reminds me of a smartie. So becareful having it around where a child or children are.

Only ashtray I could find to replace the spin top type,which do not last long.they are very decorative and do a good job at containing smoke and ash especially outside,no moving parts so should last a while
