Doogee X5 Pro 16GB Black, Dual Sim, 2GB Ram, 5.0 inch, Unlocked International Model, No Warranty

This phone is insane for under $100. It arrived on time very simply packaged. Just the phone, charger (only con not us charger), micro USB cable and manual. After removing the protective tape from the battery and installing my family mobile Sim card it started right up. I received a text message stating that I didn't have the correct software to allow me to use data but it would be sent to me. After connecting with a WiFi network it updated automatically and that is all it took.Being a international phone the 4g signal doesn't show in the manner that I am used to ( it is represented by an E with a smaller E above it) so I checked to see what network I was connected to. It was a 4g network and is working without any issues.

I brought this phone because of the memory and sleek look and design for a budget phone. Additionally, and the biggest lure was the the fact that it was unlock and therefore could work on any network. I have metropcs which runs on the T mobile network so I figure it woulld be a good fit. The Phone arrived in time and it was exactly like the picture. However, when I inserted my SIM it wasn't registering enough to give me a signal and kept giving me No SERVICE and EMERGENCY CALL ONLY. I have troubleshooted it various ways and I am still no successful. I am not sure it will work on any other network so I will have to send it back

It works with ATT sim card. The camera function is a bit shaky. It doesn't focus as fast as my Samsung Note 4. But overall, this is a good alternative phone for the price.

It becomes pretty clear AFTER you receive this phone that it is not 4G phone as advertised. The original description on this phone is: DOOGEE X5 Pro, 4G FDD-LTE RAM 2GB+ROM 16GB. It is NOT a 4g or 4g lte phone (in the USA) and the advertiser plays on the ignorance of consumers like me. SHAME on this advertiser: Docooler, SHAME ON AMAZON for deceiving it's consumers, and shame on me for being suckered in! ALL this phone is good for is making calls or texting.

Nice screen responsive processor but YOU CAN NOT use this phone in the USA as it does not support the 4g LTE networks in the United States. Didn't realize I had to check that when buying a phone. Anyone not living in the USA want to buy mine?Wayne
