Pro For Sho 34dB NRR Hearing Protection Ear Muffs - Highest NRR in Compact Design, Ear Protection for Shooting, Mowing, Work

I have owned these standard purple hearing protection ear muffs for 3 years. They still look and function as new as the day I opened them. They have been and are incredibly soft around the ears and comfortable with the adjustment headband feature. They are so comfortable I can wear hoop earrings under them without pain. I primarily use these for my home dog boarding / daycare business. I use them when I mow, weed wack, run the whole house fan (very noisy), and occasionally when I have a fussy dog that won’t quiet down. While they do an excellent job cutting down on the noise, sometimes if I want an extra boost I use ear plugs underneath and then these ear muffs. The purple is a bright true purple that I like for a pop of fun color that has not faded over the years. The black is also a true black with no fading. The metal has not rusted and looks 💯 still. They are sleek and lightweight, not heavy or bulky. The muffs were instantly comfortable right out of the box the first day and are still comfortable with no signs of wear or tear. I store them hanging on a hook and never need to readjust them as they hold their position fitted for my head.

Bought these to use during vacuuming and a massive paper shredding project. They are a nice upgrade from the basic ear protectors I had before. These control noise better, are more comfortable being less bulky and my ears don't get hot.

I got these solely for the purpose of blocking out the sound of my Beloved Husband's very loud raucous snoring and they are doing exactly that! YIPPEE! I find them comfortable enough to sleep in, the cups are soft enough that I do not notice them after a few minutes. Last night, I wore my wired earbuds with these on top and it was great because all I could hear was my movie, no straining to discern the dialogue of the movie from the snoring of Beloved husband. I bought the teal ones and the color is really pretty. These are not bulky, they do not look or feel bulky when I am wearing them, either and they fold up small and can be stored neatly on my bedside table during the day when they are not in use. However, they are performing so well at blocking out the sounds of snoring that I think I may have to use these when I am going to the gun range or doing almost anything where I will be around loud noises. One thing to know before you buy - the headband is not adjustable, it is a nicely padded and fixed one-size headband and since it fits me (5'2" woman with regular "woman sized head", I will venture that it might not fit a larger man or someone who knows they have a large head). The ear cups are attached to the headband via a metal piece and that is where the sizing can be adjusted, the ear cup can be pushed up on the metal piece to make them fit a smaller person and pulled down to make them more suited to a larger person. I was able to find the perfect fit easily and wear them comfortable all night the very first night I wore them. I am so pleased! We have tried many methods to try to block the snoring sounds - foam ear plugs, waxy ear plugs, fancy noise-canceling ear plugs, headphones, expensive noise reduction headphones/ear muffs, etc but these are the very first ones which have been effective against my Beloved Husband's snoring and they are very effective. These work great… so the sounds from my power washer, floor sander, and other power tools are greatly diminished. You still hear but the noise is really dampened (you can appreciate the benefit by lifting the ear miff of and on as you work… what a difference!). They are comfortable and my ear can be fit and sealed completely inside the enclosure.I was also able to use my ear buds inside the ear muff and had music etc that was at a low volume yet easy to enjoy.

We purchased these to use at NASCAR / race events. They work great. The noise reduction was better than expected. When I'm not at a race i use these when I do yard work. I look strange (I'm sure) but they are great to reduce the sound of a gas powered weed eater or lawn mower. Another keen use is when I'm with my wife. I point and say I'm listening to music but really, I'm just blocker her out. EAR COVERING: they fit over my ears without any problem. I'm a pretty typical human being; but if you have large ears it could be a problem.

Great product at a great price.

These work well but when they arrived they were really tight to the head. So much so I was getting headaches. Instructions say use the box to help stretch them out which I did and it worked as advertised. Once they were stretched out for a while they are fine.
