The part of the hose that meets the container is very poorly finished, which makes it awkward to fit. However, the real problem is the quality of the container. It developed a crack around one of the moulded feet and leaked within a few days of first filling it. Our car now reeks of petrol and, luckily, the plastic boot liner contained the fuel, otherwise things would’ve been much worse. It wasn’t mistreated, so the issue was poor construction with thin walls.I think this is a real safety risk and can’t recommend this product. I’ve since bought a metal fuel can from the main high street automotive brand, which is three times the price, but very well made and will clearly last.

Good quality fuel can, very sturdy with a well sealing cap and nozzle. Cap can be tricky to get off but there is a knack to it. I use it to buy and store petrol for my moped.

Made in Hungary. As sturdy as steel. Comes with convenient flexible hose that screws on in seconds. Fool proof cap.

didn't really trust the 'automatic' but but works very well. Would have been better if there was a cap for the spout.

Use this for our lawn mower. Does what it says in the description, holds fuel, doesn't leak.
