I bought the carrot cake flavor hopeful that it tasted like carrot cake. No I can promise you that it tastes absolutely nothing like carrot cake whatsoever. It’s disgusting do not make the same mistake I did. Definitely skip it.

At first taste, it is pretty good compared to others I have tried, but there is a artificial sweetener taste at the end that lingers and makes it hard to want more. It does however help me stay full until lunch. I would suggest letting it sit a while before drinking . This will allow the drink to thicken

I love the blueberry crumb cake but I must say this tastes just as good and mixes so well. I mix with coconut/almond milk and will add my fruit and greens to it. Works for me and allows me to get a good start on my day. If your high energy you will get hungry about 2 hours later so plan accordingly. Yes I will buy again and I am a real consumer.
