At first skeptical
These actually worked well. Firmly hold tubes in place.Having to cut off the components was annoyingComponents and main body seemed flimsy. After assembly it seems that this flimsy actually aids in setup and use. Only one season on them so far, but pleased

These stakes work great
This tubing stake is very versatile and allows many configurations for drip irrigation. I use them for many pots for automatic continuous watering. Great product, good value.

Great stakes
The media could not be loaded. We bought a new house and the backyard sprinkler system was broken beyond repair. Even with professional help, I was unable to locate the sprinkler valves for the back yard. So instead I set out to research and install my own drip irrigation to automate the watering process, mostly because I am way too lazy to water my backyard every other day. I chose the rainbird family of products because of the positive reviews and the plethora of options.I chose these drip emitters for the medium size trees and shrubs in my yard. I chose 1/2 in tubing for the systems backbone. Then 1/4 in tubing to run out to the individual plants, flowers, trees, shrubs... There are two ways you can install them. You can install them straight into the 1/2 in tubing, like I did. The other way is to install a 1/4 in coupler into the 1/2 in tubing, then run a 1/4 tube to the plant. Then connect the drip emitter at that end. I chose this configuration because some people complain about the water pressure pushing the emitter off the end of the tubing. I chose these stakes to hold the ends of the 1/4 in tubing.+ Great price for a bag of them.+ Very easy to install them.+ Very happy with the performance so far.- Nothing thus far.I am very happy with the performance of these stakes so far. Ill update this review as necessary.

Useful and practical
These are very helpful in keeping drip irrigation hoses secured in one spot so they can supply water where you need it. I always keep extra in case one breaks or I need to add more drip hoses. The only negative is that they are plastic, so don't expect them to hold up forever. You will need to replace them every couple years.

Exactly what I needed
These stakes work perfectly. They go it the ground staying sturdy, they hold the drip line firmly without squishing it. The top is easy to put on and take off, but doesn’t come off with drip line water pressure. I only wish they were sold in a larger bulk supply!

As described and 100% happy
We installed drip lines to large trees we planted over about 20 acres and it's been a huge project but we love Rain Bird brand after trying several parts from various companies. I like these stakes so I can keep my lines where I want them on the tree root balls. They are plastic but out of all the ones I used I only broke 1 so I am pretty impressed with the quality. The bug caps are nice as well, it's only inevitable where we live to have bugs climb in the tubing and make nests but regardless but it is nice to have help preventing it happening in the actual tubing. I have installed close to 300 of these things and although maybe not 100% necessary I found them to be worth every penny.

No more hose dragging
As an elderly person I find dragging 100 ft of hose and setting sprinklers difficult...Now we are in drought and I am even in more need of a better system....here it is....This has made my life so much easier...I don't miss the unexpected showers from my sprinklers or tripping over the hose...This was easy for us to set up and has a wide variety of fixtures that allows you to set up all sorts of drips, drizzles, fizzles and sprays however and wherever you would like them...They were so good many of my neighbors now have the system and we have ordered many more parts and pieces for the yard, garden and containers.Beware...once in awhile the heads pop off these if you turn them too far...be sure to get a pressure gauge also or you will blow all of them off...Another thing some bunny rabbits and squirrels will chew on them so leave some low water around for them...I have not had a problem with this but some have...just go ahead and try it...you will have a lot more time to read, shop and leisure around.
