The back side of this is rough and can stick to the skin. The front is flat and simply etched in. If that is the look you are going for then this is the right one for you. I thought the bail was a little large looking but I notice other jewelry makers will sometimes use a very large bail as well.

Perfect ...It is large heavy duty Stainless. .I dont see having to ever buy another miraculous medal , unless I lose it then I will just replace it with another stainless one like this
