Feather part does not stay up
I bought this for my 7 year old and it fitted her perfectly. The dress itself it’s cute and fits according to size. The issue I had was that the feathers part did not stay up at all. Even if she brought up her arms, that part of the costume would fall off and wouldn’t stay up. Was disappointment because that was the main reason why I bought it
