If you are stuck home and needing a fun science kit for your child, then this is the set for you. I mean, this isn’t a top quality set that will turn your child into the scientist that’s going to cure a disease, but they will enjoy this set and it’ll keep them busy for some time. The white lab coat is pretty cool and will double as a fun Halloween custom in the near future. The coat is also the highest quality item in the whole set. Everything else is very usable and fun, but know it is of lesser quality. Everything will last long enough to do the experiments and then some. Just don’t expect the eyedroppers to last forever.Overall this is a great set for any kid that loves science and wants to dabble in the art of it. I would recommend it to anyone willing to try something new for their kids during this home schooling time.

On opening this package she played with this science kit for hours along with my 2 year old. Her favorite play was mixing colors to form new colors. I think this has a lot of potential for creative play. We are going to experiment a lot with this. Please note this is a toy for having fun and doing some cool experimentation for kids. It is not what you would use for real chemistry e.g. glass beakers and tubes, wood/metal stands.Pros:-Contains a basic set including test tubes, stand, beaker, containers, lab coat and a few extras.-Lab coat will fit 4-8y old child depending on size, so can grow with the child. We folded the arms for our 5 year old.-Plastic, stuff fell from the table from to time to time and survived the falls.-Promotes creative thinking. My daughter quickly learnt how to form colors and what is the role of various components in the kit.Cons:-Coat can have a hook to hang-Could have come with colorsThe cons are not a big deal as I had some food coloring in my house which we used. A single drop to form a color with tap water is enough. The color pack costs a few bucks and shown in picture. I would recommend food grade color incase the kids try ingesting them.

This is a cute chemistry set for budding scientists. As a professional photographer, you can never have enough props for a set. This in-house shoot was the most fun yet. I love the quality and colors that light up the scene and the imagination. The jacket will fit 1st graders to late middle school and is a nice heavyweight fabric that is sure to get use in and out of the play set, this halloween. My son plans to make a "Dr. Zombie" costume with the lab coat. (oddly Amazon asked about the thickness and warmth for the review...) Look for retouched photos when I get a minute.

Overall a decent product.Pros: My 5 year old son likes mixing colored water and pretending to be a scientist. Note that it’s a toy and not actually a science kit. I would say it’s a good toy for ages 3-8.The squeezers and test tubes are holding up well. Don’t put anything in the dishwasher or it will melt!The little ID can be personalized and you can add a photo of your child. He really liked that.Cons: the coat is too big for him and he’s quite tall for his age. It also would have been helpful to come with a storage box or a bag to keep everything in. There are a lot of small parts.Also it’d be nice if it came with some instructions with ideas of science experiments to try.

This is a great set for any young child that is interested in science experiments. We mixed bath bombs in our test tubes and our child had a blast doing it! Totally worth the money!

This kit was so fun to play with. My two year old loves it so much. The test tubes lids come off and he loves screwing them back on. Adding food coloring to water & mixing the colors was amazing to him. I highly recommend this toy for the little scientist in your life.

This kit is pretty cool. The lab coat is actually pretty decent quality and would fit 6-12 year old kids (it swallows my 3 year old entirely). The test tubes are sturdy along with the flasks. The glasses are realistic and might actually double as safety glasses for kids. The magnifying glass actually works. I'd recommend this playset.

This set exceeded my expectations. It was for my 3 year old and she absolutely loves it.
