Good stuff, the taste isn't too bad either. I use this in winter and so far I would say my mood is a bit better.

I have been using the D3000 spray which has a nice, minty flavour, but now with winter coming I bought the next dosage up, D4000. I'm sure the product itself is good, but the flavour (fortunately brief) is quite yucky.

Usually buy this spray Autumn / Winter time to keep my vit D levels up as such low light levels. Convenient way to take it and easier to digest than tablets.

Start taking vitamin D every October and this product is so easy to use and works - have had vitamin D levels checked after 6 months use and they have gone up nicely.

Other sights were selling one of these for $49.00! Until I found It on Amazon I had to ask my British friends to bring it over when they were visiting! Thank you.
