Strawberry Lemon

Poppi Sparkling Prebiotic Soda is such a refreshing drink with a nice fizzy kick and natural fruit flavors. I love that it’s not overly sweet like most sodas and includes prebiotics to support digestion, which is a big plus for me. It’s a great alternative when I want something bubbly but healthier. Definitely a tasty way to keep my gut happy while enjoying a sparkling treat!

I order these fairly religiously every prime day. They're tasty, offer a nice variety, and are well sized. As someone who formerly drank a lot of soda pop (relapsing a bit at the moment), I find them to be a good alternative to sparkling water. They're sweeter than sparkling water and give me that carbonation that I crave, but not the overwhelming sugar of regular soda, or the strong artifical taste of other sweeteners.Item was packaged well with no cans being crushed, shakes, or leaking. Easy to pop one open and enjoy the fresh taste and scent right away.

I've tried several flavors of Poppi Soda so far and overall I have enjoyed them. Poppi has a good variety and a nice bubbles when you need that fizzy drink with whatever you are eating. The sugar is low, but there still is a decent amount of calories in them. I'm not sure about the prebiotics, unfortunately. I can't say I noticed a difference and I really wish they would list the amount of prebiotics on the bottle. For health benefits it's a nice alternative to soda, but how much would I have to drink to really get health benefits from Poppi?The flavors can either be subtle in comparison to soda or too much. I liked the subtle ones, but the strong ones just don't cut it for me.Classical Cola: is nowhere close to regular cola, but more like a cream soda. Still drinkable.Doc Pop: weak compared to the Doctor's of Pepper, but enough flavor where you can taste it, but it does not fully satisfy like its competitor. Will continue to drink.Lemon Lime: didn't care for this one; lemon is strong wherever Poppi Soda you are drinking. Won't drink.Root Beer: the flavor of root beer is definitely there, however, there are some spices in an after taste that makes this one a No for me.Raspberry Rose: very nice subtle flavor and good mix. Reminds me of a zesty raspberry iced tea. Will continue to drink.Strawberry Lemon: much like Lemon Lime there's a weird imbalance of flavors and the lemon is too strong. Won't drink.Cherry Limeade: refreshing and good mix of flavor. One of the few with flavor that is neither too subtle or too overbearing. Still drinkable.Orange: the best one of the bunch! The flavor is there and it's just orange. Really the only one that I tried so far that comes close to beating regular orange soda. Will continue to drink.If I could I would rate Poppi Soda a 3.5 stars, but I gave them 4 because their Orange soda is most certainly a winner!

This is a review for just the Classic Cola. I am a male so my preference is towards junk than health. But I decided to make a change to lower my sugar intake. At first sip, It tasted not like coca-cola but did taste more like Pepsi. I was surprised how similar tasting to Pepsi it was. I liked the taste. It was as if Pepsi was actually healthy so you could of course notice there was less sugar (but in a good way). I think it is a good trade off and I can see this being my new alternative. A new king in my fridge to replace the unhealthy version. I think if you know going in that it won’t exactly taste like what you are accustomed to then this will be good for you. But I was surprised how nice it actually tasted. I recommend it to men and women who want a little bit of soda but don’t want the belly. I have already noticed improvements to my health and gut from less sugar in my diet.*********update 2 Doc Pop flavor. I found this flavor extremely unique and satisfying. The stevia did not overpower it. It did have similarities to the Doctor Pepper however it was a lighter version and flavor. Which I did not mind because Doctor Pepper was always very heavy and sugary that if you weren’t hooked on it you probably didn’t crave it. I think if you take it for what it is as it’s own unique flavor that is lighter and less tastey than doctor pepper then you might enjoy it like I did. Who needs all that sugar anyways? I would rate Doc Pop A+, Cola A+, but the root beer is a F. I think root beer is one of those flavors that doesn’t work with stevia. They did try but I would have appreciated it more without stevia and maybe a tad more sugar if it’s absolutely necessary. Root beer might be more of a splurge day then your daily pop choice if they can get the flavoring right.
