Doesnt work after a couple months
I bought this back in January and need to buy another now because it is now malfunctioning. Screen cuts out and is a poor connection to my monitor. Would not buy from this company again

Worked for a year
So, it worked for a year. The screen quality was pretty terrible, but some of that may have just been because it was an old monitor. I thought the monitors cord had given out, but luckily, I checked before ordering a replacement. It was just the adaptor that died. I mean for eight bucks it served its purpose and lasted a year.

Simple solution for the problem
Having an everchanging array of monitor connections, I am glad there are suitable adapters out there to make the jump. This one does the job and for a good price.

Worked once, then stopped
I bought an XP-Pen drawing tablet recently and I only had DP ports to connect it to, so I needed to get an adapter. I thought the cheap price was great, and it was: once. The tablet worked a total of one time.I was frustrated thinking it was a tablet issue so after an hour of chatting with tech support, I decided to try the adapter on my monitor instead and plug the tablet directly into the HDMI. Tablet started working. Monitor stopped working.This adapter is not worth it. Please buy a better one. You may think it's only $5, why not try it? But it is not worth the time and frustration. If I had reviewed this instantly once it worked the first time, I would have different things to say, but after narrowing the issue down to the adapter for good and having it not work at all anymore, I really don't want anyone else to have to go through this. Just get one of the $15 ones.
