Small fits ladies shoes best. I’ve used these lifts for years in my shoes and sandals. They are adjustable in height. I use 2 together for my lift height. Very comfortable and the adhesive stays in place even in sandals. Washing them renews the adhesive if you have to switch shoes. Price is great. I just bought enough for every pair rather than switching them.

These lifts are great. The 4 lift package gives can give you more then 1 lift by interchanging. The adhesive is not that sticky which is good because I swap them between shoes. If the adhesive wears, I use double sided tape. I put them in my sandals. I appreciate the clear plastic which makes them not that visible. Great product if you truly need a lift like me!

I require a heel lift in my right shoe ever since a car accident in 2020. I have tried a couple and the last one I got worked well unfortunately I couldn't find it again. I decided I would try this set, which allows the user to adjust the thickness, by adding or removing sections of the gel wedges. They are easy to put in, you just remove a piece of film that is attached to the adhesive side of the wedge and place them on top of each other, then into your shoes. They were comfortable standing stationary. The gel cradled the heel nicely. My problem was when I walked the insert would move under the arch of my foot, and irritate me. I have heavy duty double sided tape (which I used on my old inserts to keep them from sliding) so I lined the bottom of the insert with it in hopes that it would keep it in place. It helps a little bit but doesn't completely solve the issue. The problem could be because of my injury, I have no motion in my ankle. It is possible that these may work perfect for someone who walks in a normal gate. I leave the review with - when standing stationary they are comfortable and soft - when I (a person with a fused right ankle and missing talus) walk they buckle up at the arch -

This lift works great and is so much more comfortable than the rigid one I had. It is also a bit smaller and fits snugly in the heel of my shoe better than the one size fits all one I had. It also stays put in my shoe. Glad I bought it.

The heel lift works great and I can't even feel it. I'm no longer walking like Frankenstein! It did slip after about 10 days of daily wear but I was able to put it back & it hasn't moved since. it's nice to be able to walk normally again! If the current set wears out, I will reorder this brand from this seller.

I have one leg slightly shorter than the other. I use a pair of insoles in all my shoes. They are good enough that with the set in the package, I can use them for 4 different shoes and sandals. For the shoes, they are a bit tooo narrow. I'd give it 5 stars if there were a way to get the top insole also clear, and the talon was held nicer

Works great. My wife has one leg a drop shorter than the other. This evens them out and helps her walk without pain. The lift comes in 1/8 or 1/4 inch increments so the height can be adjusted incrementally. I recommend it for anyone with a similar problem.

These heel lifts are comfortable and stick to the bottom of my shoes. This is my 2nd order and I’m sure I’ll be ordering more. I use one for increasing length of my leg. My first order was in beginning of November 2025 so they last a few months.

After being diagnosed with an Achilles issue I was advised to get heel inserts to reduce the strain on my Achilles. I’ve gone from hobbling around to bashing out a 6 mile walk today and being relatively pain free. I used two inserts in my flatter trainers and my mobility and been transformed. I find two inserts stick really well, there’s no slipping or movement when walking and the gel is so comfortable. Who knew something so simple could be so transformative.

Really good, comfy for feet that like cushioning effect. All are transparent and smooth, but one which is beige as in the description and has a soft texture. They seem to be gel-filled, so they didn't work for sandals where I wanted to pierce them and tie them in place, but for everything else I really like them. And for dress shoes, they're pretty invisible which is a bonus.
