Incredible Value, your "health partner"!
I have been using this watch for a couple of days, so this is my experience so far, including pros and cons:PROS:- It takes temperature, blood pressure, heart beats, and blood oxygen (great for these times of COVID!). That is like a full health check all the time. It takes measurements during the day, which you can see on the app (I use iOS), or on demand. I compared with other stand alone devices (manual heartbeat count, oximeter, blood pressure device and thermometer), and found that the watch is generally accurate, except a bit for the blood pressure (watch shows a bit lower). For blood pressure, you may work as a trending measurement, but I would not trust it entirely.- Easy to setup and connects easily with iPhone. Passes data to the iPhone Health app (although it has a neat app to see the data too).- Excellent price/benefit ratio, especially compared to other alternatives in the market.- Nice pin system to assemble wrist band- Different displays one can choose from- Measures temp, blood pressure, oximeter, steps (and has programs for walks, runs and biking)- Reminders to get up, drink water- Shows SMS messages when connected to the iPhone- You can "shake it" to take a picture with your iPhone (really nifty feature)- Price is excellent- Finish looks fine– not sure how easy to scratch. I really like the layout, materials and design. Looks a lot more sophisticated than the price paid.- Box is elegant and simple- Can adjust how long the time display stays on- Very good customer service (sent an e-mail and got a response the same day)CONS:- Manual could be better; no instructions to assemble wrist band (although not that difficult to figure it out).- The display is always off. You turn your wrist to turn it on (or press the dial), but it can take a couple of seconds to wake it up. It is taking some time to get used to, but already becoming second nature (it is my first smartwatch).Overall: a tremendous value and it will help to monitor your health and exercising!

Nice smart watch
* Five pre-installed faceplates come with the smart watch, you can switch among by pressing the watch surface and then swipe left or right to select the one you like. It displays most of the necessary information on screen especially the battery meter, not like apple watch you need to push the button or swipe the screen to get more information. See the pictures.* Paring to smart phone (iPhone) is very easy, just follow the instruction.* Battery power - 160 mAh. Even though the battery is small but it can last about 3 days without charging.Of course, this will be depended on how You operate the watch, but under normal use it can last aabout 2-3 days. It does has its measure cycle and will perform the heart beats, blood pressure measuring, and blood oxygen level.* The sport data can integrated with iPhone health app. Display the heart beat, blood oxygen and blood pressure.* I have noticed that the distance measuring is not accurate, it is short compare to apple watch. I am not sure why, I switch the unit from Mile to KM and it still show short of the actual distance.I walked few times: on 10/21- 3.14 miles and watch showed 2.87 miles on 10/22- 3.14 miles and watch showed 2.87 miles on 10/31- 3.07 miles(4.94 km) and watch showed 4.62km on 11/05- 2.24 miles(3.6 km) and watch showed 3.35 km* I have compare the blood pressure measuring to omron blood pressure Intelli-sense devices.10/20 - Omron arm cuff - 110/71 and pulse 54. The watch showed 109/71 and pulse 56.10/22 - Omron arm - 134/85, pulse 56. Thr watch showed 119/74 and pulse 56.10/23 - Omron wrist - 120/78 and pulse 81. The watch showed 128/75 and pulse 78.10/27 - Omron wrist - 128/91 and pulse 80, The watch showed 135/68 and pulse 8511/05 - Omron wrist - 116/84 and pulse 85. The watch showed 140/73 and pulse 85.The blood pressure measuring varying and I could not tell if it is because I am wearing the watch on right arm and Omron device on left arm. But the pulse or heart beats readings are very close in most cases.Overall, I am recommend this smart watch based on the capabilities/price value compare it to apple watch.
