Not worth the price, you can make this for much cheaper!
You're definitely paying for convenience, this can be put together easily for a lot less money. The box is small and arrived with a cracked edge - still closes so it wasn't worth sending back. The "rocks" are dry black beans, which is good because they are easily replaceable, but also part of what makes this so cheap. My son wasn't too impressed either and only played with it only long enough to get beans all over the floor. I plan to replace them with aquarium rocks or something.

Great Sensory Box
I AM EXCITED TO BE THE FIRST PERSON TO GIVE A REVIEW ON THIS TOY. THIS IS AMAZING. I was shocked that my son took to it like he did. It is fun, i enjoy playing with it with him and I think it is a great sensory toy for children. It comes with everything it says it would. The box flaps were a little flimsy but they still close the box. The packaging was atrocious but the toy itself makes up fro the terrible packaging.BE SURE TO HEED THE WARNING OF THE SMALL PARTS. CHILDREN THAT STILL PUT EVERYTHING IN THEIR MOUTH IS IN DANGER OF CHOKING. VERY SMALL PIECES.It is great for discovery and learning what different animals are. It has these really realistic gems and palm trees in it.DO NOT PUT WATER IN IT. THE BLACK BEADS ARE ACTUALLY BLACK BEANS THEY WILL SWELL UP AND BECOME LESS FUN.EXCITED ABOUT THIS TOY

Smaller than expected. Box is cheap and doesn't stay closed. Mine arrived broken.

Read the dimensions
I had expected this sensory play box to be bigger. I'm sure that if I had read the dimensions more carefully I would have realized that it is only big enough for one student at a time to play. I was hoping for a larger tub which encouraged social interaction and sensory play. Otherwise, it is just as I had anticipated.
