The cocido quemado (toasted yerba mate tea) is a traditional infusion of the Paraguayan gastronomy. A semi-bitter taste and slightly sweet, it has the same stimulants and nutritional properties of mate. The traditional Paraguayan cocido is made with 100% organic yerba mate and organic sugar.
