No need for video really, step by step instructions are included. However, there is a email support@boxerpoint.com & I don’t see a phone number. It’s Great Workout. Hope this helps👍🏻

Q: I see that the headband adjusts to as big as 26”, but how small can it get?

The entire headband measures 25 1/2". It has 6" of velcro on one end, 4" on the other. It can get ad small as 17".

Q: Do the strings get twisted where you need to wait for them to unwind after a few hits?

No not at all. Just one sting. Fun workout.

Q: Can i order just the novice ball?

Unfortunately no. It comes as part of a set.
