They dont absorb water. when you wash your motorbike, get a towel, wrap around them and press hard to dry them out. Usually that also is not required. If your question is more towards riding in the rain, they dont get slippery.

Will these fit on a 2011 HD ultra classic?

Measure your grips. If the measurements are between 1.25" & 1.45" the grip puppies will fit.

what is the outside diameter of the grips?

My stock grips are approximately 1.3 inches in diameter. After the grip install they are a little under 1.75 inches.

Will they fit over stock indian grips?
