I bought it a year ago. used it JUST a few times (and stored it safely with my other electronic stuff). but now it's stopped working altogether. certainly not worth the money they're charging!!! now I have to get a new one.

Amazing product very useful for MacBooks
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this product for about a year. I have faced no issues as of now. it delivers a great quality. I have used this product to connect my MacBook Pro to a 4K Samsung smart monitor of 32 inch. It delivers amazing 4K quality on that monitor. A minor thing which I have noticed is the device heat on using for longer hours (7-8 hours of continuous use) and results in a little lag. Rest everything is excellent.

Latency is a lot while playing anything
The cable heats up a lot, consumes a lot of power but its okay.the bigger issue is latency and lag. The overheating will cause the product to eventually fail due to parts getting damaged over time. Its poor engineering in my opinion. Don't waste your money

Very nice cord
I really like this cord. It does what I need it to do and it is well-made and sturdy. I thought I ordered the 6 foot long one, but I ended up with the 3 foot size, unfortunately. My husband ordered me a longer one (other vendor) and it was supposed to be 6 foot and he was sent the 3 foot size as well. Make sure you check the size of the cord upon delivery because the wrong size (shorter) cords seem to be getting sent out! I’m keeping mine because I’ve been using it in the meantime and I like the product, except for its size.

Works, little lag!
I use this for my Samsung fold to be able to watch TV. or other movies using my phone. It works very well, I've had no issues with it, aside from the lag, but the lag is expected, given the. item at hand and house Samsung encodes it out. its outputs.
