I ended up buying this kit twice because my four year old son loved it so much. It has a lot of extra recipes for other projects beyond slime too. Favorites from the kids here were the faux snow and oobleck.

This was a gift for an 11 year old girl. She has had finding it fun to create slime and other materials. She has learned about material consistency. I would get this again.

My daughter enjoys all things ooey, gooey and slimey so this kit was right up her alley. This science kit focuses on all things with polymers. So, you can make different types of glue-based slime, instant snow, gelatin, expanding jelly balls, cornstarch putty, calcium chloride gummy worms, kinetic sand and cornstarch oobleck. She really enjoyed the kit and had fun making all the different items. You do need to have the following to use this kit : white glue ( like Elmer's), gelatin, baking soda, contact lens solution, shave cream, 2% milk, vinegar, flour, dish soap, cornstarch, food coloring, 2-3 potatoes, oil and cream of tarter.
