Hi, we have flushmount ceiling light and semi flushmount ceiling light on sale. But no ceiling fan at this moment.

When I purchased the lamp it was the entire lamp not separate pieces.

Yes. Made in China. The base and pole are solid and seems good. The Shade is very thin stained glass. Looks great.
