Great product just wish I could get a year supply for cheaper. These definitely helped me with motivation, sleep, staying clear headed and thinking more clearly. You probably wont notice right away but I promise after a week of taking them everyday you'll notice a change. Not sure wants wrong with me but I've always had trouble keeping a good sleeping schedual these seemed to keep me on a almost perfect schedule sleeping about 7-8 hours at the same time every night waking right up in the morning. I never dream normally and I noticed I was dreaming almost every night. I tend to not have the best dreams so i don't like that so much but I know it means I'm getting a good rest in full REM. As far as thinking more clearly I noticed just with talking with friends I had less anxiety and felt more relaxed and less likely to jump around in my conversations like I normally do. I stayed on track. Plus all the other benefits of these mushrooms. Absolutely love! As I said before I just wish I could get more for cheaper, but honestly the prices seem fair especially considering the benefits. Will definitely be buying more and happily giving my body and mind what they deserve. Thank you !

I was unlucky and the Novel corona virus was something my wife and I caught back in March. I’m nearly 40yo, and have an average immune system and no medical conditions. And I was pretty darn sick, meaning... sicker than I’ve been in well over a decade or more. and it was hard to breath, pressure in my chest, massive fatigue, clammy, also had 101.6 temp and a friend recommended I try these mushroom supplements. Luckily that same day I ordered some overnight! Next day was still 101.8 and the bottle arrived... I’m so glad I found these. I took about 4 pills a day for 3 days and most of my symptoms were gone after two days. I took another two weeks at home to rest and stay isolated, however felt pretty good after just a couple days. These are effective with SARS and mers and should be effective against SARS-COV2 as well! Watch Paul Stamets on YouTube about his research on mushrooms and you will be amazed. And I believe everyone should consider researching these themselves. There are many sources to confirm how good these are. Yet, in some uncommon cases, some of these mushrooms can be unsafe for certain medical conditions, such as diabetes... so please don’t just take these without researching the mushrooms. Otherwise these are very safe for most people and their anti viral properties are unmatched. Also know thst covid causes inflammation of many things in the body and these mushrooms keep inflammation down significantly, preventing damage to your organs. I’m surprised these are not harder to get now, I plan to take these as my daily supplement @2 a day from this day forward. As I’m sold! Also my wife had a similar experience, these clearly are working. With the pandemic in full force, many people should strongly consider taking this supplement to help with anti viral, anti inflammation and of course just staying healthy. I did a month of My Community, then switched to Cordyceps from Host Defense. Of the two I prefer My Community. I have noted an adaptogenic effect, similar to that of the herb Rhodiola Rosea. That was noted, in the energy deliverance area. I didn't quite shake the sinus symptoms with the two tablets a day, but wonder if indeed those symptoms would have been worse without. Like Rhodiola Rosea, I have to have food either with, or within a half hour of taking. That is not due to stomach issues, but rather the energy I get from this on an empty stomach, is just a surge too much at times. That however, didn't hit till weeks had gone by... then I noticed it and made a note.. ah just like with the Rhodiola, which also helps my immune system. In fact, I do not take Rhodiola and this together. It is either one or the other, which is useful for rotation. Rotation is useful, for I use to take a required week off from the Rhodiola, without anything to fill that gap. Now instead of taking one week off, I simply hang onto the Rhodiola for demanding (hiking etc) days, or emotionally stressful days. The Rhodiola works better when it is not used more frequently. It is good to take a holiday from it. The Cordyceps didn't quite give the stamina increase at higher altitude that I had looked forward to. I shall indeed try that again in the future to see if that too was a fluke. Until then I am giving that to my spouse, for the noted benefits of libido increase etc. (Update: The cordyceps formula in itself is not as agreeable to me as the My community. Has more of a zing of energy, vs a calmer energy. I would place it closer to Rhodiola in that less is more. The My community I can easily use without too much of a zing of energy. It is a very comfortable combo to take, but I take one at a time and time the next to be taken when I feel the lull in what the first provided. I even alternate by using one cordyceps in the am and a my community in early afternoon, but never two at the same time. I am petite (short) and slender, and very low blood pressure, so maybe that is a factor in my choice of how to use this.

I have been taking

I have been taking two pills a day for maybe a month and then one pill a day for maybe a week (two pills made me so sleepy all the time that I could not function well) but just a couple days ago on the one pill a day I finally started having noticabley more energy and waking up earlier and actually am exercising and cleaning and just feeling a lot better then before. I am very pleased. The doctor I know said she and her husband have been taking one pill a day of stamets 7 and have not been sick in like four years so I am taking on her advice
