3/8" Rim Sprocket Clutch Cover Bearing Kit for Stihl MS311 MS391 MS311C MS391C MS340 MS360 029 MS290 039 MS390 034 036 MS340C MS360C Chainsaw

Seems to be a good quality replacement for my MS290. Install was easier than removing the old one. Haven't had the chance to field test it yet, and will update if any deficiencies are found.-Direct fit with zero issues-Fit & finish work on parts was higher quality than expected.-Dry oil film on parts to prevent rust, and was easily cleaned from clutch/drum mating surface.-Springs tensioning the clutch lobes are lighter than stock, which may allow for faster engagement. Not sure if it will effect disengagement or not-Roller bearings were nicely caged. Larger rollers than stock bearing pack, but with metal cage on this item instead of the original plastic.-Drum has larger bore for larger bearing pack. Sprocket size also larger, but same outside dimensions as original-Mated perfectly with 20" bar and a 3/8" 0.050" chain.Will update after I get the chance to cut some timber if I find any issues, but so far, seems to be a heck of a deal.

fits my 039 Stihl perfectly, just don't use an impact to install it.

I have a Stihl Farm Boss 034. The oil gear wasn't long enough and the drum wasn't quite deep enough to engage the oil gear. The clutch worked. So I only wound up using the clutch and the pins. I purchased an Oregon drum on Amazon and it worked fine.

I was looking to upgrade my clutch drum to the new style of replaceable sprocket and this did the job! Works great but needs a little break in as normal also upgraded for the from .325 to 3/8 pitch with this.

The drum and sprocket was what panned to use. They did fit but it took some convincing.

bonjour de très bonne qualité sauf pour le montage sur une stihl 391 le roulement est trop long d'une sur épaisseur de la rondelle d'arrêt ont ne peux pas mettre le clips j'ais du le diminuait un peu des deux bouts et tous va bien je vous le recommande

Bearing is too big, cant get the clip on to hold clutch on and oil pump stick isnt long enough

Tolerance was slightly off, e clip was near impossible to install and came off during use. Also chain would spin at idle dispite adjustment. On an ms390. My advice buy Stihl or Oregon brand
