0% thick Greek yogurt
The item is a beautiful Greek yogurt that I currently have a couple of times a day with granola as I’m trying to lose this timber, I have a flavoured yogurt mixed in as well with whey protein mixed in with the yogurt, makes for a healthy meal that actually tastes nice.
