Very Nice Patient Room light!
As a female provider, I have just joined an Internal Med practice with a bunch of male providers. Up til now, they did not do paps. So, when I came in, there was little. In addition to a good pap light and speculum set, we purchased this light for the wall.Pros:- It is just as advertised, has an excellent bright light that looks just like the picture.- The price is very good, and is even $30 cheaper than one from the same company that is on a stand- The attachment to the wall is sturdy (it was screwed into wall studs).- The LED light is very cool, so it is perfect for the private parts I want to view very well in my advanced age!- The light is easily plugged in.- The arm stays where you put it.Cons:- While the light can be picked up out of the wall, the arm is not as bendable as I hoped. I would like to have it make an upside down U-shape and curve toward the target (while feet are in stirrups). This is not possible.- The cord could be a trip hazard if you don't have an outlet plug nearby- The "quick-changing" portion assumes you have a stand to roll it around on (which I don't have), so this doesn't help me.Wishes: I wish that the clip on the wall was on a swivel, so I could position it better. If it was, the little screw attachment is strong enough to hold it in place (so far).For all of these reasons, I give it 4 stars. If the wall clip was on a swivel, or the arm bent more easily, I'd give it 5 stars!!!
