Anyone know how to confirm the sole plate is as hot as it should be? A remote infrared thermometer reads 135 F when set on Linen; should be about 400.

Ours never got hot either and the steam was not as bold as our old iron so we sent ours back.

Is The pink steam craft is it easy enough to use ? To do change settings without the digital on the green plus version which is $20 more

Super easy to use! The knob turns and green light goes on when ready. Easy to fill and steam is great! I am a lover of ironing ( I know weird) but this easy is my favorite iron!
