18 Candles: The Early Years

I am very satisfyed. It said "very good" when i placed the order but it should have said "like new". The item came in a day before the expected arrival date, and I was shocked. I like Silverstein CDs but this one just wansn't very good. unless you love Silverstein don't waste your time buying this CD. You are not missing anything.

Silverstein has been my favorite band since their release of When Broken Is Easily Fixed, so I may be a bit biased writing this. Nonetheless, this album is great, especially the live and acoustic songs. Even though the songs from the EP's are a bit poor-quality-ish, they're still good songs and the guitar sounds awesome. If anything else, I would buy this just for the live and acoustic songs. It's a great CD for any Silverstein fans out there.

Most of the songs you have heard of before by Silverstien. These were produced before they got a record deal so the quality is not as good, BUT the aucustic versions are INCREDIBLE! and The Crude Chemical Remix (track 18) is Kick BUT! If your are a diehard Silverstien fan get this if not just download the aucustic songs and the remix! :)

The 2 acoustic tracks on this cd make it completely worth it. The smile in your sleep remix is great too. Get ahold of those three at the very least if you're a Silverstein fan

This is a good cd. If you like talentless songs, horrible live performances and hearing Shane Told go wayyyy off key. The old songs quality is so poor you can't even enjoy the music (Though I think if it was good quality it would STILL be hard to enjoy). The acoustic songs are alright. No different than the normal songs. Bringing no originality to this cd, with the exception of the Smile in your Sleep remix. Which is actually pretty cool. But the rest of the cd is embarrasing for the band. I have no idea why they would release this. All in all I'd give this cd a big NO! It got a 2 because Of the remix. If they had a 1.2 I would have given it that, but it dosen't. So 2 it is.

Estaba listo para darle 5 estrellas pero lamentablemente las pistas en vivo me parece que no las trabajaron de manera adecuada en el masterizado. Estoy seguro que he escuchado esas pistas en su formato digital y han sonado mejor, no se porqué en este caso las demás pistas a mis oidos sí sonaron bastante bien y esas en vivo quedaron a deber. La edición aquí comprada en amazon (que pudiera ser cualquiera porque juntan las reseñas para todas las ediciones a como tengo entendido) terminó siendo la edición que parece ser más limitada con verde y dorado. En general me gusto bastante el color y todo a excepción de ese detalle. Si te parece buen precio el artículo y ese aspecto de las canciones en vivo no te parece lo suficientemente pesado pues sí recomiendo la compra.

前レビューのHiroshiさんの書き込んでる通り1stと2ndのEPを合わせただけのアルバム?です。 Silversteinのファンなら今のSilversteinのルーツ的な音が聴けるし、1stと2ndの EPを持ってる人もボーナストラックが入ってるから買っても全く損はないと思います。 アルバムの内容は、まぁ〜若い若い、VocalのShaneのシャウトが今と違いかなりギリギリの声で歌っていて、 オィオィ大丈夫かぃ? と思っちゃいますね。 全曲かなりエモよりですが、哀愁感の中にある激しさは良い意味で今と変わりません

Silverstein, mit Sänger Shane Told ist meine absolute Lieblingsband, das Album ist einfach klasse und sollte in keinem CD regal fehlen!
