I am totally disappointed with this item. When watching the infomercial, it appears that this device can be easily attached to any head. At no time during the infomercial, does it indicate the headset is not adjustable or flexible, nor does it say it will snap off when putting it on your head. My head measures 22-1/4" and when attempting to put it on my head, the first one snapped. Thinking I pulled too hard to put it on, I attempted to put on the second one and it, too, snapped. After closer inspection, the headband is a bit flexible but it still is not designed for someone with a head bigger than about 20". And it can not be placed your head as easily as is demonstrated.While you may be able to go handsfree, there needs to be something, somewhere stating it does not bend or stretch. I bought two packs and now stuck with the one that is unopened but it is too late to return it. I'm sorry I bought this item and would not recommend it to ANYONE. Unless you have a little head and straight hair!!

The shipping on this product was indeed fast [ less than a week] Cudos there. However, this piece of junk, and I am giving it credit there, arrived with one set of the gojo hands free units already broken right out of the package. The shippers had to know it was busted when they packaged it as it was obvious as soon as I took it out of the box. The other set that was not broken bent the first time I tried to put it on. This is in no way, shape, or form the same product that you see on T.V. holding the lap top computer to his head. He must be wearing a heavy duty job that the customers do not get. I just tossed this peice of junk into the trash as the return postage would have cost almost what the gojo's cost in the first place. Let the buyer beware, this contraption will just wind up where mine did. Shame on the inventer and the producer of this product as they knew what they were putting out on the market with deceptive practices just to get a buck [ or a million ].

The purpose is excellent --headband that attaches on one end to a mobile or cordless phone so that you can talk hands free whilemulti tasking. HOWEVER - the suction cups included DO NOT HOLD. I resolved this by putting velcro on the top of the back of thephones and on the end of the headband that attaches to the phone----HOWEVER-- it is adjustable to head size and the connectingpiece snaps/breaks. I used masking tape around the headband to prevent this and keep the size. Now that I have redesigned thisI use it continually to talk and task. I just can't imagine why the inventor didn't realize these problems.

Construction weak - one side is designed to "adjust" - problem is that when "adjusted", the piece slides completely apart; i.e. breaks.I had worried about the suction cup that holds the handset, but it works excellently for me. It is unfortunate that the construction is so inferior because the concept is an excellent one which I would gladly purchase.If the construction was fixed, I'd give this a 5 star rating, but would not advise anyone buy it in its present state of inferiority.

This GoJo Hands Free Adjustable Headset does not stay on the head as good as the commercials show. It slips off your head. I gave one to someone else and they could not get it to stay on. I had better luck than they did - but it still slips

I bought this headset to use with a small cordless phone. I followed the directions, using the small disc to ensure a good fit between the suction cup and the phone. The phone crashed to the floor twice in the first 10 minutes. This was just sitting at a desk typing while using it. This product DOES NOT WORK and is unsafe for your phones. I would not recommend buying this, particularly for phones of any value. This was a huge disappointment. It is not worth your money, time, or the safety of your phone.

The actors do it for a living. I ordered them. I have tried using their method and mine. It's not that easy for me. They are laying around gathering dust.
