Mag Phos-100 tabs Brand: Schuessler Tissue Salts

I have suffered tremendously with numbing in both hands, and it was really bad during sleep waking up with no feeling in my hands at all. I own a cleaning business and having to use my hands so much this has became an issue. I have tried many things, because I refuse to take prescribed meds, and nothing worked. I started doing research about vitamin deficiencies and specifically targeting which one would cause this problem. After much research, I knew it was magnesium. I saw a video a doctor done about 3 years ago and he talks about this product and the doctor that discovered the 12 salts the body needs, and their roll within the body. The numbing greatly reduced the first 2 nights, and last night I had none. Normally it's so difficult that it keeps me awake, which kept me in an exhausted state. I'm ordering more today to make sure I have them on hand. I also ordered the book on how the 12 salts are described and used for various reasons. It pays to research things.
