MyLuxury1st® Eye dusts can be applied wet for extreme shimmer and glimmer effect. All you do is dampen your makeup brush then tap it into the dust and onto your lid. As an eye shadow, please apply over primer and pack on as much as you would like. This is the prototype or tester full 3g jar sample. You are welcome to tye it to see how you like it.
