Does anyone know, how long it takes to get them installed?

It all depends on how handy you are. It took me about 30 minutes to measure where I wanted the rack to be secured and to install the rack. I’m sure some people would take less time and some would take more. Basically just take your time and you’ll be fine.

Is there any problem mounting these on the front roof panel of a Gladiator?

As long as you have a drip rail on the hard top, it should work..

How long are the cross bars? i see that they are wider than the jeep roof. looking to carry 2 kayaks 30" wide. thx

The crossbars are 61" across. If I were carrying two kayaks I would add kayak carriers rather than try to lay them flat on the crossbars.
