Arrived yesterday but I just got around to opening it today. It smells really nice. I mixed it with water and it was fine to drink, a tad gritty but not nearly as bad as some of the fruit and veggie concoctions I've tried over the years. I'm not a big fan of mixing powder and water, but this was surprisingly drinkable and tasty as well. The price isn't cheap, but at less than 50 dollars, it was the best value for the ingredients that I could find. I doubt I'll use it every day, but I'm hoping it will help me get back on track after the holiday binge. Will update later with any noticeable results.

Let me start by saying that my review of this product is aimed at any individual who suffers from chronic fatigue and who also routinely visits with their physician and still have not been able to find any relief for their condition. Fatigue can be the result of a million different factors including diseases, other illnesses, etc. I think it is extremely important that an individual seek treatment and work with a physician to rule these factors out first. That being said, if this sounds like you and you suffer from chronic fatigue then please keep reading. I Cannot recommend this supplement enough for anyone that struggles with chronic fatigue. Having battled and suffered with chronic fatigue for about 6 years, I recently reached the end of my rope. I decided to research the issue and try to learn as much as I could as to what were some of the issues and causes of chronic fatigue. Almost immediately after starting my research, I repeatedly ran into story after story and case after case of individuals who were able to totally heal their fatigue problems, or at a minimum, were able to manage their fatigue through the use of supplements, and in some cases, eating fruits that were high in "polyphenols". That bit of information then led me to this product. Being at the end of my rope from trying to cope with being continuously exhausted 24/7, regardless of how much I slept, and regardless of wether I did physical activities or not, I bought a bottle of RealReds. I was amazed that after only 3 days of taking the supplement, I noticed a significant increase not only in the amount of energy that I felt, but I was also sleeping less and not taking multiple naps at different times throughout the day. Just in 3 days! That is almost an immediate result in my case! I'm not a Dr. I don't understand all of the science involved, but I don't need to be after feeling increased energy and not waking up tired. This stuff really works and it works extremely well! Within just a few days I noticed that my quality of sleep was much better, I am sleeping much less than I had previously been (now no more than 6 hours a night avg). For some reason it has also helped me with my appetite. Before starting this supplement, there were Many days that I literally felt to exhausted to eat, and if I did eat, it was only once a day. The only way I know how to explain my appetite now is by saying that my appetite feels healthy. It feels like it did in my 20s and 30s. After 10 days of taking the supplement, it has unequivocally proven it worth and effectiveness to me. This stuff is not a fad or gimmick.Nobody is paying me or requesting my review of this product. I simply want those people that are out there who are suffering with chronic fatigue as I have for almost 6 years to be aware that this product can help them. There is real science behind this stuff. There is also a lot of anecdotal evidence from the many other people that have had same or similar results to mine that further bears out and supports the effectiveness of polyphenols in combating fatigue. I would encourage any skeptics or fatigue sufferes to simply do a little of their own research and then buy a bottle and try it. This product is the real deal. It works. It works well and that makes it well worth every cent. Try it! As much as I love fruit sometimes it doesn't always agree with my stomach and digestion. Some of the best fruits have so much sugar in it. At my age I have to keep my level of sugar low. Because of this product I am able to enjoy a nice flavorful fruity and extremely healthy replacement. It's affordable and it's by a company that I have some trust in. I highly recommend this product. Because now I am able to get the nutrients and vitamins that I need to get from these fruits without a sour stomach and without a tremendous amount of sugar. It is so tasty there is no aftertaste there is no Grit. I don't know how they did it but the ingredients meet my approval. It's good enough for me. Mix it with unsweetened almond milk or a non dairy ice cream if you want to make it more smoothie like. But I assure you you will not have to worry about grit and aftertaste you will drink this and it will make you feel like you are cheating when you're actually not.

The company requested a review and I am happy to oblige. It is a tasty & blends easily into my morning smoothie. Although the product is pricier than I would like, the ingredients are compatible with my goals and I decided to try it. As most know, the noticeable results, health wise, take more time then 1 month. I am hoping that the benefits described & promised will be apparent soon. If so, I would definitely reorder. Reds probably does what it describes but I didn't really see any difference after my husband and I finished the canister. Tastes like cool-aid. Can get a little overkill when you get toward the bottom of your cup so stir or shake before every sip. What DID work is that its an extra glass of water added to my day. Can't go wrong there. I am a gym rat and try almost all vitamins and natural supplements... might try again.
