Good product, but...
I thought I noticed a noticeable (but not significant) improvement in my energy level after taking this product. In addition, it is concerning that the product is, unfortunately, in a plastic container; packaging matters too.

Yummy and easy to digest!
I’ve been taking two of these a day for 3, maybe 4, months now. First of all, I LOVE the taste and wish I could eat a handful at a time. They are delicious. Second, I get blood work done every 2-3 weeks and my b12 went from well below “normal” to now being on the high end of “normal”. I am super impressed. The price is great for a months supply. I’ve tried several b12 supplements in the past and none compared to the quality of these.
