A big help
The answers come with explanations and also includes extra IR exercises. One star off for mistakes - some problems contain additional answers from, I'm guessing, previous edition that is not in the textbook. It was misleading.

Wrong Answers
Like the other reviewers said, there is a lot of wrong answers in this solution manual. It makes it a lot harder to understand the online homework when even the textbook authors are getting the wrong answers.

Not very helpful
The problems in the solution manual don’t match the question given on the homework and there are also wrong answers and questions aren’t even in order. I’ve purchased solution manuals in the past have never had this issue. I wouldn’t recommend.
